Brian Eno - An Ending (Ascent)

Contrary to criticisms from well known and published critics... I find this strong, angelic, hopeful and rather meditative not weedy, "fluffy & without depth"..... Mr Eno is a precursor to all of those magnificent film score composers like Zimmer... I very much enjoy these lilting orchestral drifts that allow you to free float not weighed down or pulled in by rhythm sections or beat that many have commented are lacking in this piece.

Keep me lightly suspended for a while breathe in deeeeeeeeeply and...... Blissssssssssss

Adore this rendering of all of my favourite hyper real colours and tropical themes, there's been a resurrection of this raw old skool 'lawnmower man' quality of shit-photoshop-on-purpose kind of vibe recently that I'm delighting in.... definitely going to be using it to my advantage when coming up with our original film and score :)
I would remix this song with a gentler introduction of beat and vary it sooner in the track but it is divine still as it is.
The emote-fuelled melodic melancholic loop with the hard more minimal beat thrown in (is it a TR 909 I'm hearing? Or Tempest drum machine perhaps... does sound Drone Logicey dunni!?)
Loves it anyhoo builds up so beautifully to this frenetic salt & pepper shakey hi hats towards the end ..... minimaritualistic trance enducing shit

emotion-fuelled Jazz-Comteporary technique xThis gentleman has really upped his game of late exploring and revealing so many unexpected layers to his talent, intellect & sensitivity.... as for this child... her portrayals are of such rich character, boundaries and physiological depths that I'm sure some dancers go their whole lives without achieving anything close. Looking forward to seeing what her symbiosis with Sia flowers into next. Shia+Sia=Spellbinding. Have since researched Sia and list her as a huge inspiration for her incredible catalogue of successful songs she's written. Incredibly talented and forward-thinking individual.
